Carson City Schools Work on Plans for Fall Semester

Like other Nevada schools, those in Carson City ended the spring with campuses closed and students learning at home. Now the challenge is how to plan for the upcoming school year. The district asked the community and got a huge response with one overwhelming answer. “Our parents let us know they would prefer to have school start in the fall without restrictions,” accordidng toSuperintendent Richard Stokes. Under the governor’s Phase Two reopening guidelines, that’s not going to be possible.
