CA rolls back businesses in many counties openings amid COVID-19 spike

California is rolling back openings as COVID-19 spikes. Dine-in restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms, movie theaters, family entertainment centers, zoos, museums, cardrooms, and bars must all close in a majority of counties. Fitness centers, places of worship, non-critical officers, as well as hair salons, barbershops and malls must also close in 30 counties. This includes Placer County, which contains part of Lake Tahoe. El Dorado County-which contains the other half, is not on the list.
