CA man faces 6-20 years in prison for DUI death

A California man admits he was high on meth when he caused a fatal crash last year. The Tahoe-Daily Tribune reports Jarred Dominguez faces between 6 and 20 years in prison on a DUI causing death charge. He’s accused of crossing the center line on Highway 50 in Lake Taohe, killing a Carson City father of three.
