Target shooting sparks a wildfire fire in the hills near Sun Valley. The Rowdy Fire broke out Wednesday at lunchtime and spanned about 10 acres. No structures were threatened. Investigators say the target shooter won’t be cited because they were shooting in an area where it’s legal, and they called to report the fire and remained at the scene.
