Welding sparks a fire in Reno. It happened Friday, which was a Red Flag Day. Firefighters were called to Western Skies Drive and Geiger Grade, where they say flames destroyed a boat, a fence, and burned some brush and debris. No one was hurt and no structures were damaged.
