If you need a ride between Incline Village and Sand Harbor-public transit won’t be the answer. The East Shore Express is ceasing service for the rest of this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic in hopes of stopping day trippers from crowding beaches; there’s a plan to bring back service next summer.
