Nevada’s hopes of moving into Phase 3 have been dashed. Governor Steve Sisolak says the state will remain in Phase 2 through the end of July due to rising COVID-19 cases. Sisolak has called flexibility a core principle of the plan. He reminded Nevadans of his mask mandate and warned-“we can only stay open if we stay safe.”
