Two California residents are arrested in connection with several vehicle burglaries at trailheads in Lake Tahoe and in Carson Valley. Carolyn Brinkman and Harvis Berry are accused of stealing cash and credit cards from cars-and then buying $6,000 in gift cards for themselves. They were arrested Sunday in Carson City after breaking into cars at the Jacks Valley trailhead.
