The Washoe County Health District says a spike in COVID-19 cases over the weekend is tied to people getting together for Easter celebrations-despite stay-at home orders. Health Officer Kevin Dick says the three dozen new cases are likely tied to such gatherings – which health officials had asked people to do virtually this year.
