Reno is slapping non-essential businesses that stayed open during the COVID-19 shutdown with cease and desist orders. News 4 reports Little City Salon on Wells Avenue and Z Body Fitness on South Virginia Street were among the businesses to receive the letters; they’ve since closed their doors.
