Another COVID-19 Death in Washoe County

Washoe County Health Officials confirmed a fourth death related to COVID-19 in the county on Wednesday. The death was a man in his 40s with a preexisting medical condition, according to the district. The number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Nevada is up to 1,279 as of Wednesday.

Local breweries want curbside pick-up option

Local breweries are calling on the governor to treat them fairly. The Reno Gazette-Journal Two Sparks brewers-Lead Dog and Revision brewing companies have written a letter to Governor Sisolak asking that breweries be allowed to sell beer for curbside pick-up like restaurants are being permitted to do.

Deadline to renew conceal carry permit extended

The deadline to renew your conceal carry weapon permit has been extended. All sheriff’s in Nevada have agreed to a 120-day temporary extension due to COIV-19. Any permits that expire March 12th or afterward – will now expire July 15th.
