A man is in custody after a high-speed chase crosses into Churchill County. Deputies say Jeffery Bergquist was driving a vehicle stolen out of California. Spike strips were deployed, but the chase didn’t end until Bergquist struck a cement barrier. He faces a host of charges including terroristic threatening after deputies say he shouted he had a bomb.
