Health Officials are reporting that a man in his 50s with underlying health conditions is the 28 death in Washoe county due to the coronavirus on Monday. There were also 16 new cases on Monday bringing the county’s total to 820. An additional 13 people have recovered bringing the total recoveries to 278.
