The Washoe County School District has cancelled all out-of-state and international travel for both students and staff due to growing coronavirus fears.
Meantime, UNR is requiring students and staff who returned from travel to countries with a Level 3 or higher travel advisory to self-quarantine. More than two dozen students who studied abroad in Italy were forced to come home to the U.S. Now they’re being forced to stay at home. All university travel has been suspended until the outbreak is under control.
