A Reno man faces 15 years in prison for his second drunk driving conviction. Devin martin was found guilty of driving under the influence on December 1st of last year when he was involved in an accident at Fourth Street and Morrill Avenue and fled. Police say his blood alcohol limit that night was four times the legal limit.
