A South Lake Tahoe woman is seriously hurt after a man beat her and stole her groceries. It happened Sunday outside Raley’s at the Y. Police say the woman was walking home when she was attacked behind the store. Police say a homeless man threw her to the ground, hit her, and took off with her groceries and wallet. The victim remains in intensive care.
