The Nye County DA won’t prosecute a sheriff’s deputy accused of firing a shot at an unarmed suspect. Deputy James Ramos was arrested March 2nd -a week after he was accused of firing off his departmental weapon at a suspect from the Pahrump Wal-Mart. The suspect wasn’t hurt.
