NDOT begins preliminary work for future Reno Spaghetti Bowl project and wiith that the next three weeks, you will see temporary shoulder closures and single-lane closures that shouldn’t have much impact on your commute. The Nevada Department of Transportation will be conducting geotechnical soil surveys. NDOT officials say these soil surveys tell the designers where they can or cannot extend the bowl.
