Incline Village, South Lake Tahoe tell visitors to stay home

The Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe communities are asking travelers to stay home and reschedule their visits. The small mountain-lake communities say they doesn’t have the health care facilities or resources to handle a COVID-19 outbreak. The areas have closed all of its community services facilities and ended the ski season early at Diamond Peak Ski Resort to reduce risk of an outbreak. California Governor Gavin Newsome has banned all non-essential travel.
