Hydrologists: Lake Tahoe may not be full come spring

Unless we get some major snowstorms and a really wet April, Lake Tahoe won’t likely be filled this year. Hydrologists say snowpack in the Sierra is about half of what it normally is this time of year. At 59 percent, it’s the 10th lowest measure on March 1st in four decades. This time, last year we were at 159 percent of normal.
