$150 million will be poured into the next phase of Reno’s Neon Line District. The investment from Jacobs Entertainment includes the renovation of four 1970s-style motels along West Fourth Street. The properties will include some senior and affordable housing. The project also includes a public art display and the remodeling of the Sands Regency Hotel Casino.
