Washoe County now has 57 confirmed cases of COVID-19. That brings Nevada’ statewide total at least to 420 cases. But officials say they don’t have enough testing to get a true picture of how many people may be infected. Some good news-the health district says four people in Washoe County have recovered from the respiratory virus.
