A Reno marijuana growing operation which had its license suspended is now suing the state Department pf Taxation. The Reno Gazette-Journal reports Herbal Care claims the state dragged out an investigation into its operations. It’s been closed since September of 2018 despite a willingness to pay fines it called “excessive.” It also claims the state’s regulation are flawed. The department didn’t return the paper’s requests for comment.
