The Sparks Police Department arrested two people after they allegedly fled from a police officer who tried to stop them early Sunday. Sparks police said they want the public to tell them if Irene Moreno-Hernandez, 25, and Oscar Reyes-Cruz, 30, were involved in any other criminal activity as is suspected. Both were wanted in an automobile grand theft case. Moreno-Hernandez also had an outstanding felony warrant, police said. Reyes-Cruz was also booked for felony eluding a peace officer and endangering the public.
