A man accused of shooting a teen in Huffaker Park gets six years behind bars. James Upton was found guilty of battery with a deadly weapon in October. Police say he and a neighbor got into a fight with some teens and fired at them several times in 2017. A 16-year-old was wounded and hospitalized.
