Four teens are arrested in connection with the shooting of two men in Carson City. Deputies say a trio was trying to buy marijuana vaping oils when the shooting happened Saturday. The teens are between the ages of 13 and 16. They face a host of charges including battery with intent to commit robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of a gun by a prohibited person. The two men, both in the their early 20s, suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and a graze wound to the head. Both are expected to survive.
