Secret Witness is offering a reward of $1,500 for infomration leading to the arrest and prosecution of a suspect involved in a fatal hit and run that happened Tuesday morning in Sparks. Investigators said a woman was crossing the street in an activated crosswalk when she was hit by a driver who left the scene. The victim died from their injuries less than an hour after the incident happened.
