Girl struck by car in Sparks

A girl is hurt after being struck by a car in Sparks. It happened at East Prater Way and East I Street Monday after noon. Police say the child was using the crosswalk when they were hit by a car that was turning. The child’s injuries aren’t considered life-threatening. The driver is cooperating with investigators.
