The City of Sparks has partnered with the Reno Housing Authority (RHA) to provide $3 million in rental assistance funding for qualifying Sparks residents. News 4 reports Sparks residents struggling to make ends meet can apply for either the Eviction Prevention or the Senior Short-Term Rental Assistance Program.
