A 40-year-old man has been found guilty of molesting a child as young as 5 years old. Brandon Christopher Smith will be sentenced in September, on multiple counts. The victim’s mother had reported to Sparks police in 2021 that her then-13-year-old daughter had said Smith started molesting her when she was 5 or 6.
