Dr. Kristen McNeill will serve as interim-superintendent of the Washoe County School District for the third time, after the WCSD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 to appoint her, reports News 4 . This comes after Dr. Susan Enfield unexpectedly announced her resignation last month after serving just one school year. Dr. McNeill was the WCSD Superintendent through the COVID-19 pandemic before announcing her retirement in 2021.
