Sparks Police have identified the four people who were arrested during a recent retail theft sting. KOLO 8 reports 33-year-old Jonathan Still was arrested for petit larceny, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant. 63-year-old Keith Dowd and 19-year-old Maliya Boykins were arrested for petit larceny, and 20-year-old Derik Stikes was arrested for being a minor in possession and obstructing.
