10 people have been arrested in connection with a party shooting. According to KOLO 8, on Saturday, the Regional Gang Unit says they heard gunshots in the area of 10th Street and Manhattan, and attempted to stop a related vehicle, which fled at a high rate of speed. In additio to the arrests, guns were seized at an apartment.
