A Reno man is dead after he was pulled from the waters off Hanalei Bay in Hawaii over the weekend. News 4 reports 57 year old Ronaldo Nicasio was found unresponsive in the water on Sunday. Once lifeguards arrived, they began administering CPR. Nicasio was rushed to a local hospital for treatment but life-saving efforts were unsuccessful
