Southeast Reno’s 89521 ZIP code has increased its percentage of apartment inventory by 145.5% in a five-year stretch, the 23rd highest figure in the country, according to a new study by apartment listing website RentCafe. The Rapid City Journal reports overall, the area east of I-580 and south of the McCarran loop added 1,892 apartments between 2017 and 2022.
