A man convicted in the first-degree murder of a University of Nevada, Reno police Sergeant has died in Las Vegas. KOLO 8 reports 53-year-old Siaosi Vanisi was convicted in the Jan. 13, 1998 robbery and murder of Sergeant George Sullivan on the campus of UNR and sentenced to death.
