A third suspect in a December 2022 shooting has been arrested in connection with the murder of 21 year old Joel Undercoffer, who was shot and killed during a robbery. KOLO 8 reports 21-year-old Marc Delgado and 19-year-old Juan Anguiano were both arrested in July and on October 11, 2023 respectively. Now, they have been joined by 21-year-old Raul Torres-Cruz of Reno.
