The Reno City Council approved waiving more than a million dollars in fees for several senior housing projects in the city during their Wednesday meeting. KOLO 8 reports once completed, Sutro Senior Sanctuary will have 170 units including 65 units reserved specifically for veterans at or below 60% area median income (AMI). The remaining 105 units will be reserved for seniors at or below 60% AMI.
