Nevada Highway Patrol have identified the man killed in a crash last week. KOLO 8 reports 77-year-old Edward Phillips of Reno was killed when his 2010 Lexus RX350 was rear-ended by another car, sending him into the back of another car on U.S. 395 south of Red Rock Road .
