A not guilty plea to all counts Monday from the suspect in the murder of Hailey Nieto. Todd Tonnochy was in Washoe County Court Monday. Nieto was a mother of two. Her body was found in March 2023 near Cold Springs. Tonnochy fled Reno and was arrested in Midland, Texas
