A motorcyclist killed in a crash in Sparks on Tuesday has been identified as 35 year old Robert Ortiz. Around 6:30am, first resonders went to the report of a single motorcycle crash in the 900 block of Victorian Ave. They say Ortiz struck a curb causing the motorcycle and Ortiz to become airborne. Ortiz was thrown from the motorcycle before landing on concrete.
