More info in the case of the Sparks man arrested with a hitlist of law enforcement officers…KOLO reports Neil Rick Carroll was being monitored for threatening posts on social media and the Storey County Deputy and another officer had previously worked for the Sparks PD. Carroll had actually phoned the sheriff’s department asking one of the officers on his list, saying he was a friend from church.
