More spots for affordable childcare and other services will be coming to the Sparks area soon as the Oddie Project is one step closer to becoming a reality. News 4 reports Governor Joe Lombardo this week signed Senate Bill 263, a bipartisan bill, bringing $6 million of investment to the Oddie Project.
