A man is behind bars facing more than 20 charges after an undercover operation uncovered that he was selling various narcotics to students at a Washoe County high school. News 4 reports detectives launched an investigation into 20-year-old Ramon Navarro in May 2023 in connection to several non-deadly overdoses of students at Incline Village High School.
