Russian oligarch Andrey Muraviev faces charges of violating campaign finance laws, including illegal donations to 2018 Republican gubernatorial candidate Adam Laxalt, in exchange for a marijuana business license in Nevada. Muraviev conspired with associates of Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
