A Reno real estate icon Norm Dianda has died. Dianda was found dead inside his Reno home yesterday. He founded Q&D Construction in Sparks in 1964. Dianda’s work is iconic across the region, with his company helping design and develop the Outlets at Legends, Bishop Manogue High School, and the Virginia Street Bridge. Dianda was 82.
