Martinez-Guzman to plead guilty in Carson City in final charges in case

A Salvadoran immigrant who admitted to killing four people in northern Nevada is expected to plead guilty to all remaining related charges in the case. Wilber Martinez-Guzman is due in court in Carson City on November 23. He’s accused there of selling items he stole from people he fatally shot. He’ already pleaded guilty to the murders of Connie Koontz and Sophia Renken in Gardnerville and Gerald and Sharon David in Reno. His guilty plea spares him the death penalty, but will send him to prison for life.
