The RTC bus driver strike has entered its fourth week. Union officials met with Keolis yesterday, but no word on how those talks went. In early October, News 4 reports Keolis offered to give employees a 3% raise if the union dropped its charges with the National Labor Relations Board. The RTC has been able to add two routes in addition to the four that have been running during the strike. Routes 1,5,7,11, and 18 are running with limited service along with the Carson City connector route.
