The Great Reno Balloon Races are back and happening this weekend in Rancho San Rafael Park. Friday’s races were canceled due to weather with lightning expected. But Saturday and Sunday races are on-schedule. As many as 100 balloons are expected in the sky and 120,000 people are expected on the ground.
