A man and a woman are arrested on drug charges in Carson City. Luis and Diana Perez face charges of selling and possessing a controlled substance following a raid on a home on the 1200 block of Sonoma Way earlier this month. Police say they’re tied to a suspected opioid and fentanyl distribution ring operating in northern Nevada and Fresno, California.
